Analysis the Cultural Relevance of Augmented Reality Science Learning Applications Based Gusjigang through Teacher and Student Evaluations

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the cultural relevance of the Gusjigang-based Augmented Reality Science Learning Application for children with special needs. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, which aims to systematically describe facts, characteristics, and phenomena that occur in real and in-depth. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Questionnaires were given to students to collect data on their responses to the application, while interviews were conducted with teachers to gain a more in-depth perspective on the use of the application in the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the assessment of the Gusjigang-based Augmented Reality Science Learning Application by students and teachers is positive. The Gusjigang-based Augmented Reality Science Learning Application is considered easy to use, interesting, and effective in helping students, especially children with special needs, understand science learning materials. Thus, this study concludes that the Gusjigang-based Augmented Reality Science Learning Application is a practical learning tool for children with special needs.
