Pengaruh Kepuasan Wisatawan terhadap Niat Rekomendasi Wisata Ramah Muslim di Kota Batam (Berdasarkan Perspektif Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Batam)

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat rekomendasi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam. Kemudian untuk mengetahui perhitungan perbandingan rata-rata kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat rekomendasi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam. Mahasiswa aktif Politeknik Negeri Batam Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Program Studi D3 Akuntansi dan D4 Akuntansi Manajerial angkatan 2019-2022 yang pernah mengunjungi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. 306 akan dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Forms kepada peserta penelitian. Excel digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat rekomendasi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam.
