SUPERVISI PEMBELAJARAN KEPALA MADRASAH DAN MOTIVASI MENGAJAR DALAM MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN KERJA GURU MI DI KECAMATAN KOTA KUDUS
Abstract
Discipline is the key to the institution success, as strong as any resources owned by the institution, but there is no discipline in the work it will be difficult to achieve the institution's vision and mission. Educational objectives will be realized when there is a strong discipline in learning activities. The research at the MI in all sub-district of Kota Kudus shows that teachers’ discipline will be realized when there is the existence of the madrasa principal’s supervision and teachers’ teaching motivation. The results showed that there are very significant influence that the discipline of teachers in teaching including the ability to teach greatly influenced by the existence of services and guidance of the madrasa principal in the form of madrasa principal supervision and the teaching motivation of the teacher.
