PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA DITINJAU DARI REGULASI DIRI DALAM BELAJAR

Abstract


Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa  prokrastinasi akademik terjadi karena  penundaan sebagai kegagalan regulasi diri. Namun, prokrastinasi jarang diteliti dalam kaitannya dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang  diberikan kepada 144 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dari STAIN Kudus untuk mengetahui  prokrastinasi akademik dan hubungan dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri. Variabel diukur dengan skala prokrastinasi akademik dan skala belajar berdasar regulasi diri. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami motif dan alasan prokrastinasi akademik dari perspektif belajar berdasar regulasi diri. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik terkait dengan belajar berdasar regulasi diri.
