Reintegrasi Aktor dan Jaringan Jamaah Islamiyah di Kota Palu
Abstract
(JI) di Kota Palu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, serta dipadukan dengan kerangka analitis Actor–Network Theory (ANT). Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana transformasi ideologis, dinamika interaksi sosial, dan dukungan struktural membentuk proses reintegrasi mantan anggota JI setelah pembubaran organisasi pada tahun 2024. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, serta telaah dokumen, dan dianalisis melalui teknik tematik yang dikombinasikan dengan pemetaan jaringan aktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reintegrasi berlangsung melalui tiga temuan utama. Pertama, terdapat perubahan ideologis kolektif yang ditandai dengan penolakan eksplisit terhadap kekerasan serta penyesuaian praktik keagamaan yang lebih moderat. Kedua, interaksi sosial antara eks-JI dan masyarakat meningkat melalui kegiatan komunal, fasilitas bersama, dan aktivitas keagamaan yang inklusif. Ketiga, kebijakan negara dan infrastruktur material berperan sebagai mediator penting yang menstabilkan jaringan sosial, terutama melalui monitoring, pemberdayaan ekonomi, serta penyediaan ruang interaksi seperti hunian sementara dan masjid. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan reintegrasi membutuhkan sinergi antara aktor manusia dan non-manusia dalam membentuk jaringan sosial yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.
