KEPUASAN KERJA GURU PAUD DITINJAU DARI IKLIM KELAS DAN EFIKASI MENGAJAR

Abstract

There are two problems that were discussed in this research. The first was the effect of school climate on teachers’ job satisfaction and the second was the effects of teaching efficacy on teachers’ job satisfaction. There were 81 teachers in early childhood education in Pati that participated in this research taken by convenience sampling. The data collection techniques used in this study is in the form of scales and checklist. There are three scales; they are the scale of teachers’ job satisfaction, school climate and teaching efficacy. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that the school climate and teaching efficacy gives an effect on teachers’ job satisfaction.
