PENINGKATAN HARGA DIRI DIRI SPIRITUAL RENDAH MELALUI MODEL LOGO KONSELING FEMINIS BAGI PEREMPUAN KORBAN PERDAGANGAN ORANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is discussing low spiritual self-esteem of women of victims of trafficking at the “Mulya Jaya” Women’s Social Protection Home in Jakarta from the perspective of logo counseling model of feminist approach. This research is motivated by the crimes of women and children trafficking. This is a qualitative research in which data are collected through interview, observation and focus group discussion. Logo counseling model and feminist approach are intended to improve low spiritual self-esteem spirituality experienced by the victims especially dealing with self-exploration, self-acceptance, self-assertiveness, self-transcendence, values of attitudes and integrity that are oriented towards life, integrated in self-potential, self-activity and self-evaluation, which are useful for positive behavioral changes, namely from low spiritual self-esteem to healthy spiritual self-esteem

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji harga dirispiritual rendahperempuan korban perdagangan orangdi Rumah Perlindungan Sosial Wanita (RPSW) Panti Sosial Karya Wanita (PSKW) “Mulya Jaya” Jakartadari perspektif model logo konseling dengan pendekatan feminis.Fakta yang memotivasi penelitian ini adalah masalah berbahaya yang berkembang di masyarakat, yaitu perdagangan orang perempuan dan anak-anak yang dilakukan orang-orang tidak bertanggung jawab.Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif.Wawancara, observasidan focus group discussiondilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data kualitatif. Penelitian model logo konseling dengan pendekatan feminis dilakukanuntuk memperbaiki harga dirispiritualyang rendahperempuan korbanperdagangan orang, khususnya dalam eksplorasi diri para korban, penerimaan diri, ketegasan diri, transendensidiri, nilai-nilai sikap dan integritas diri yang berorientasi pada makna hidup, terintegrasi dalampotensi diri, aktivitas diri dan evaluasi diri, yang berguna bagi perubahan perilaku positif, yaitu dari harga diri spiritual rendah ke harga diri spiritual yang sehat
