PEREKAYASAAN KERANGKA KONSEPTUAL AKUNTANSI DALAM PANDANGAN ISLAM

Abstract

Pendekatan dikotomis terhadap pengembangan akuntansi syariah yang saat ini ada (filosofis dan praktis) lebih rendah direspon masyarakat daripada prospek pengembangan di masa depan. Perlu pola pendekatan sinergis antara keduanya diwujudkan dalam rangka menciptakan harmoni dan kegunaan nyata di masyarakat dan keberlanjutan pengembangan ilmu itu. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membangun tinjauan kritis kerangka konseptual proses perekayasaan akuntansi yang ada sejak dahulu yang menjadi jembatan antara aspek praktis dan teoritis. Perekayasaan akuntansi dimulai dari penentuan tujuan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara atas prinsip tertentu. Akuntansi konvensional membangun tujuan ini pada prinsip individualisme, sedangkan dalam Islam tujuan ekonomi harus bergantung pada maqasid asy-syariyyah dalam rangka menciptakan kesejahteraan sosial. Derivasi dari prinsip ini adalah pembentukan asumsi dan tujuan pelaporan keuangan. Akuntansi konvensional didasarkan pada konsepsi entitas ekonomi. Sementara pandangan Islam, bisnis perusahaan (syirkah) adalah objek kepribadian hukum yang harus tunduk pada aturan yang berlaku dan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan syariat terkait.

THE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF ACCOUNTING IN ISLAMIC VIEWS. Dichotomous approach to the development of Islamic accounting that current existed (philosophical and practical) results in lower public response on this idea and the prospect of development in the future. It should be realized pattern of a synergistic approach between both of them in order to create harmony and real usefulness in the community and the development of sustainability.This study aims to construct critical review the conceptual framework of accounting engineering process of existing since the engineering world is a bridge between practical and theoretical aspects. Accounting engineering starts from the determination of economic and social objectives of a country over a certain principle. Conventional accounting construct this pur pose on the principle of individualism, whether in Islamic this objective should be the determination relies on maqasid asy syariyyah in order to create rahmat lil alamin function. Derivations of this principle is the establishment the assumptions and financial reporting pur poses. Conventional accounting based on the conception of economic entity. Meanwhile, based on Islamic views, the company business (shirkah) is a legal object Personality which must be subject to the rules that apply Sharia-related forms and responsibility in the implementation.
