Focus

Yudisia : Jurnal Pemikiran Hukum dan Hukum Islam emphasizes the study of law and Islamic law in Indonesia by emphasizing the theories of law and Islamic law and its practices that developed in attendance through the article publications, research reports, and book reviews.

Scope

We are interested in topics which relate generally to Law and Islamic Law issues in Indonesia. Articles submitted might cover topical issues in :

  1. Islamic Law as A Living Law
  2. Islamic Family Law
  3. Law and Social Studies
  4. Penal Law (Fiqh Jinayah) and Criminology
  5. Jurisprudence
  6. Islamic Astronomy Observatory
  7. The Field of Worship Fiqh

Peer Review Process

 

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection softaware to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software. The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) reviewers. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments.

 

Publication Frequency

YUDISIA Journal is published twice a year (June and December). Each issue number has a minimum of Ten (10) article titles
