KONSEP DEMOKRASI POLITIK DALAM ISLAM

Abstract

Politik yang diusung oleh Islam Ahlu as-Sunnah wa al-Jamaah (Aswaja) berprinsip (1) at-tawassuth (moderat, tengah-tengah) atau tak ekstrem (liberalis-kiri/fundamentalis-kanan), tak anti konsep bernegara memilih asas teokrasi (ketuhanan), aristokrasi (kerajaan), demokrasi (kerakyatan), atau lainnya. Kata kuncinya memenuhi aspek syu>ra (musyawarah), al-adl (keadilan), al-musawah (kesetaraan derajat), dan al-hurriyyah (kebebasan) dengan menjaga 5 prinsip asasi manusia (al-us} u>l al-khamsah): menjaga jiwa (h}ifdzu an-nafs), agama (h}ifdzu ad-din), harta benda (h}ifdzu al-mal), identitas asal-usul/keturunan (h}ifdzu annasl), dan harga diri/kehormatan (h}ifdzu al-irdh), (2) at-tawazzun; seimbang dalam penerapan kaidah, teks, rasio, dan realitas, (3) alitidal (tegak lurus) atau tak mudah terprovokasi, dan (4) at-tasamuh (menjunjung tinggi sikap toleran). Realisasi prinsip tersebut pada hakikatnya merupakan inti ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan, termasuk
berpolitik. Bila terealisasi, tidak perlu memaksakan diri dalam bentuk simbolisasi berwarna kearab-araban atau kebarat-baratan. Negeri ini kaya dengan simbol, sehingga ragam simbol untuk diayomi negara yang merupakan esensi negara Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Perbedaan itu anugerah Ilahi, kehendak Ilahi, sehingga saling menghormati di tengah perbedaan. Mengeratkan perbedaan untuk saling mengenal dan memahami sehingga saling menolong berbekal perilaku bijaksana.

THE CONCEPT OF POLITICAL DEMOCRACY IN ISLAM. Politics that carried by Islam of ahlu as-sunnah wa al- jamaah (aswaja) principled (1) al-tawassuth (moderate, middle). The key word fulfills aspect of shura (consultation), al-adl (justice), al- musawah (equality), and al-hurriyyah (freedom) by maintaining the five basic human principles (al- ushul al-khamsah): keep the soul (hifzu an-nafs), religion (hifzu ad-din), property (hifzu al-mal), identity of the origin/descent (hifzu an-nasl), and pride/honor (hifzu al- irdh), (2) at-tawazzun; balanced in the application of rules, text, ratio, and reality, (3) al-itidal (per pendicular) or is not easily provoked, and (4) at-tasamuh (upholding the tolerant attitude). The realization of these principles is in fact the core of Islamic teachings in life, including politics. If it has been realized, there is no need to impose themselves in the form of westernized symbol. This country is rich with symbols, so a range of symbols to be protected by the country that are the essence of country Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The difference is the grace of Allah, Allahs will, so that mutual respect amid differences. To unite a difference to know each other and understand each other so that helped with behavior wisely.
