PEMIKIRAN ORIENTALIS TERHADAP KAJIAN TAFSIR HADIS

Abstract

Pada era saat ini, tantangan yang dihadapi umat Islam sebenarya lebih terfokus pada pemikiran. Umat Islam saat ini, khususnya dalam hal berpikir, cenderung berkutat pada pemikiran yang stagnan, dogmatis, berbau bidah, taqlid, fanatisme, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam hal ini tergolong masuk pada tantangan internal umat. Adapun untuk tantangan eksternal di antaranya lebih condong pada munculnya paham-paham baru seperti sekularisme, pluralisme, liberalisme, dan paham lainnya yang cenderung dibawa oleh para Orientalis Barat. Celah ini dipakai oleh para Orientalis misionaris untuk melemahkan sendi-sendi Islam dengan menyelundup masuk ke dalam tubuh Islam melalui berbagai kajiannya terhadap tafsir dan hadis serta perlu menjadi perhatian khusus di kalangan tokoh muslim. Beberapa tokoh Orientalis Barat yang sering bersinggungan dengan muslim di antaranya adalah pemikiran Goldziher dan Schacht yang saling berkaitan satu dengan lainnya tentang otentisitas, khususnya dalam ilmu hadis. Dalam pembahasan ini dipaparkan beberapa pandangan kedua tokoh di atas terhadap hadis dan beberapa hal yang dianggap sebagai kekeliruan atas pandangan mereka terhadap tafsir hadis.

THE ORIENTALISTS THINKING TOWARDS THE STUDY OF HADITH INTERPRETATION. In the current era, the actual challenges faced by the Muslims were more focused on thinkings. Muslims today, especially in terms of thinking tends to focus on the thought of stagnation, dogmatic, heresy (bidah), taqlid, fanaticism, and others. This belongs to the internal challenges of the Ummah. The external challenges were more inclined to the emergence of the new ideologies such as secularism, pluralism, liberalism, and others which are more likely exposed by the Western Orientalists. These were used by missionaries Orientalists to weaken the foundations of Islam by stowing into the body of Islam through a variety of studies on the interpretation of hadith and should be of particular concern among Muslim leaders. Several prominent western orientalists who often intersect with the Muslims were the thought Goldziher and Schacht which are interrelated to one another about the authenticity, especially in the science of hadith. This study explores several views of both figures above about hadith and others considered as the mistake on their view of the interpretation of hadith.
