HERMENEUTIKA NEGOSIATIF KHALED M. ABOU EL FADL TERHADAP HADIS NABI

Abstract

Islam sebagai sebuah agama besar memiliki dua sumber ajaran terbesar, yaitu Al-Quran dan hadis sebagai pokok kajian hukum Islam terbesar. Melihat dari sejarah kodifikasi antar keduanya, bisa kita ketahui memiliki corak yang sangat jauh berbeda. Al-Quran jauh lebih bisa diterima keotentikannya karena secara rasional dari mulai turun ayat sampai penghimpunan terkadang memiliki banyak proses. Adapun hadis tidak jarang ditemui kecacatan di salah satu fase pengodifikasiannya. Melihat hal ini bisa kita pahami bahwa hadis lebih rentan terhadap problem otentisitas. Salah satunya muncul hadis yang bersifat misogini, yaitu hadis dengan redaksi matan yang bertentangan dengan akal dan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam kitab induk mutabarah. Dalam hal ini, kajian difokuskan pada salah seorang tokoh ahli hadis Khaled Abou El Fadl beserta pandangannya terhadap hadis dan hermeneutik yang digagasnya, khususnya terkait hadis misoginis. Yang melatarbelakangi gagasan El Fadl salah satunya kegelisahannya terhadap fatwa-fatwa sewenang-wenang yang dikemukakan CRLO, di mana mereka menggunakan hadis-hadis misoginis sebagai otoritas tertinggi untuk melegitimasi keabsahan fatwa mereka. Dari kajian ini bisa dilihat corak pemikiran El Fadl meskipun tidak serta merta menyingkap hadis Nabi, akan tetapi yang paling menarik adalah upayanya dalam mengkonstruk dan memadukan dua khazanah pemikiran klasik dan modern khususnya dalam bidang tafsir hadis.

THE NEGOTIATED HERMENEUTICS OF KHALED M. ABOU EL FADL TO PROPHETS HADITH. As a major religion, Islam has two sources, namely the greatest teachings of the Quran and al hadith as the core of the largest study of Islamic law. Considering the history of the two codifications, we know that it has a style that is very much different. Al-Quran is much more acceptable because the rational authenticity from the beginning to the systematic codification. While the hadith is often encountered the uncommon codifications. Assuming this, we can understand that tradition is more susceptible to the problem of authenticity, one of them is misogyny traditions that honor the tradition which is contrary to reason and as contained in the mutabaroh book. In this case, the study focuses on one of the characters ahlul hadith Khaled Abou El Fadl and his views on hadith and hermeneutical particularly related misogynistic hadith. The background idea of El Fadl is his anxiety to arbitrary expressed by CRLO, where they use the misogynist hadiths as the highest authority to legitimize the validity of their fatwa. From this study, it can be seen that the patterns of thought of el fadl is not necessarily revealed the hadith of the prophet, but the most interesting thing is his efforts in constructing and integrating two repertoire of classical and modern thought, especially in the field of hadith interpretation.
